We charge a flat rate regardless of the number of items you purchase - the more you buy the more you save postage! (Only saddles carry a surcharge of UK £9.95 & IRELAND/NORTHERN IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLAND/ISLE OF MAN £19.95 due to value / insurance)
Northern Ireland : Orders over 2kg carry a postage surcharge. We will contact once order has been weighted.
Standard Delivery : Either Royal Mail 1st Class or courier depending on weight. Delivery time can be as quick as 48hrs but is not guaranteed, nor trackable.
Courier : 48hrs Delivery (subject to stock availability) for orders placed before 12.00. Trackable. Please note service does not include weekends or bank holiday deliveries. (Certain destinations may take a little longer - please enquire)

Postage to Europe & Rest of the World cannot be refunded in case of returns.
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Tax Charges
Horse & Harmony is VAT registered. Vat of 17.5% is included in the price for orders made from th UK or the European Union. All other orders are VAT free.
Deliveries
- We aim to hold stocks of all lines shown on our website. However, at times of exceptional demand, delivery may be extended, we will inform you accordingly. Please be aware that our website is NOT stock controlled.
- Due to high demand on Barefoot Saddles & Accessories, we sometimes have waiting lists. However, deliveries rarely take longer than 2-4 weeks
- We aim to dispatch in stock items within 24-48 hours through either Royal Mail or Fed Ex.
- Please be aware that most items will need to be signed for.
- You will receive a 'Dispatch Message' as soon as your item is shipped. Please inform us if you do not receive your order within 7 days of receiving this Message. Fed Ex usually deliver within 48 hours.
