Postage & Packaging
We use couriers for all our deliveries. All orders need to be signed for !
- UK Standard - Flat Rate £4.99 - Usually processed & dispatched within 2-3 days.(Deliverery approx 3-5 working days)
- UK Express - £2.00 Surcharge. Total charge £6.99 - Usually next working day if ordered before 12.00. Delivery can occasionally take 2 working days so please do not contact us about lack of delivery until 2 working days have passed. Please note service does not include weekends or bank holiday deliveries. (Certain destinations may take a little longer - please enquire). UK Express is not available for Highland & Islands and Ireland (including Northern Ireland)
Please note we are unable to compensate or refund postage for late delivery.

We charge a flat rate regardless of the number of items you purchase - the more you buy the more you save postage! (Only saddles carry a surcharge of UK £14.95 & IRELAND/NORTHERN IRELAND,UK ISLANDS £19.95 due to value / insurance)
Tax Charges
Horse & Harmony is VAT registered. Vat of 20% is included in the price for orders made from th UK or the European Union. All other orders are VAT free.
Deliveries
- We aim to hold stocks of all lines shown on our website. However, at times due to supply problems from various suppliers , delivery may be extended. We will inform you accordingly and you will, of course, have the choice to be refunded if you cannot wait. Please be aware that our website is NOT stock controlled - please contact us regarding stock level if you need an item urgently.
- Barefoot Saddles & Accessories sometimes have waiting lists. However, deliveries rarely take longer than 2-4 weeks. As our shop is not stock controlled - payment is taken on order for in stock and backorder items. Please call us and order over the phone if this is a problem so we can check stock levels first and place you on waiting list should the model you are after be out of stock.
- All orders need to be signed for so please insure that you give us a delivery address where someone is available to do so. Fed Ex will return orders back to us if unable to deliver within the week. Cost of arranging for re-delivery is at the customers expense.
- You will receive a 'Dispatch Message' as soon as your item is shipped.
