With genuine rawhide and leather core.
The Barefoot Bosal impresses with its excellent quality. It has a core made of real leather and is braided with genuine rawhide. The Bosal is usually used in conjunction with mecate reins (not included). It is easily fitted to the cheek pieces of a headstall and it replaces the noseband. It mainly applies pressure to the nose and in combination with mecate reins also to the neck - the mecate made of hair is prickly; the horse therefore avoids contact (neck reining).
Mecate and bridle not included but can be purchased separately
