For bridles and headcollars
The Barefoot Cover has a sheep wool underside and a soft cushioned, quilted top made from cotton blend materials.
It can be used as a nose, neck, jaw or chin guard and simply velcroes to the relevant parts of the bridle. No need to take bridle apart in order to fit the cover. Covers can also be used on headcollars.
The Barefoot Sheep Wool Cover is much less bulky and discreet than many of the conventional sheep wool covers on the market with the exterior being black and tradional looking, approved for use in competitions.
This product is made from pure sheep's wool. Sheep wool as roughly the same anti-bacterial and pressure absorbing properties as sheepskin but there is one important difference: Wool is simply shorn from the sheep and a relativley painless process, whilst sheepskin can only be taken off a dead animal. The wool of the sheep is then applied to a carrier material for further processing. This means the production is animal friendly.
Wash Tip: Hand wash in cold water, pull into shape after washing, shake vigorously
