Bridle 'Syringa' with reins
Our Bridle Syringa can be used without a bit as side-pull or as a Bitless-Bridle with crossed reins - see below.Browband and crown-piece are padded softly. The crown-piece is extra wide and thickly padded, so it reduces punctual pressure behind the ears noticeably. Pressure is applied onto the bridge of the nose by two doubled ropes, which are tied together along the side.Bitless Bridle:To be used as a Bitless Bridle, the reins are prolonged and attach to the throat-latch. Thanks to the crossed reins, the aids are easily understood and having the horse give to the bit is much easier achieved. A short impulse on the left rein will apply a soft but distinct pressure onto the right side of the horse's cheek - the horse moves away from that pressure towards the left. A short impulse on both reins or alternating on both will lead your horse to yield.Sidepull:If you want to use the Bridle as a side-pull, simply attach the reins to the rings along the nose-band and take off the leather bands which run to the throat-latch and are attached with snap-hooks.This bridle can be adjusted on both sides, as well as the chin strap, which is leather-made. Comes with matching reins in a leather-rope combination with snap-hooks.• bitless alternative for all styles of riding• soft and even distribution of pressure without force• softly padded brow-band• Crown-piece extra-wide and thickly padded• Embroidery on Brow-band and Cheek-piece• including reinsSizes: 1 (COB) and 2 (FULL)Colour: black, brown/burgundy or brown/orange

Bridle without bitHorse-friendly bitless riding. Today we know that there are alternatives: We can reach the same goals with our horse using gentler methods that do not rely on inflicting pain or the use of force. In order to build up a real partnership with our horse, we should be critical of any influence that demands coercion or pain from the horse, e.g. the use of a bit. Today, behavioural biologists are pointing us in a new direction – it is up to us to have the courage to take these new paths. Link to brochure: Bitless riding.

Love this Bitless bridle, excellent quality and the cross under rope seems to be comfortable for my horse, aids are easily understood, the rope across the nose is soft and a nice thickness so is not as harsh as thin rope bridle. I like the fact there is leather as well as it seems safer than rope only. The price is great as it includes the reins. Would recommend.
