How much do you charge for delivery?

We charge a flat rate regardless of the number of items you purchase (Only saddles carry a surcharge of £9.95 due to high value/weight & courier costs)

UK Standard Flat rate £4.95

Highlands & all UK Islands Flat Rate £8.95

What delivery method do we use?

Orders below 2 kg are delivered using Royal Mail 2nd Class Service (2-7 working days) 

Orders over 2 kg are sent via Parcelforce, usually on a 48 hours delivery

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch in stock items within 24 hours of order being placed

What is the delivery cost of Barefoot Saddles?

Due to the size and value, all saddles orders are send insured via Parcelforce at a cost of £14.90 to most of the UK mainland. Highlands & all Islands £18.90

Are you VAT registered?

Yes we are and VAT of 20% is included in the price
